Napoli future is now looking increasingly unclear, as the Southern Italian side are aiming to entice
Fiorentina's Nikola Kalinic to the Stadio San Paolo.
The Partenopei's attempts to sign a new striker have involved a number of players this summer, as they have also been linked with Juventus' Simone Zaza, although are reliant on Everton making their expected €25 million bid for Gabbiadini.

However, this lucrative offer has yet to arrive from Merseyside, therefore, Napoli are now considering some viable alternatives.
Fiorentina currently value Kalinic at €35 million, which is considerably more than the Partenopei's valuation of Gabbiadini.
Therefore, the Azzurri are willing to offer the 24-year-old in a player-plus-cash exchange for Kalinic, which could see them pay an additional €10m fee to secure their desired target.
This latest speculation is likely to further reduce Gabbiadini's desire to remain in Naples, as the club have already secured the signing of Arkadiusz Milik this summer, therefore pushing the player further down Maurizio Sarri's pecking order.
